We build real-world AI & automation solutions that run in production and measurably improve how we work and serve our clients. As a Working Student in AI & Tech Engineering, you'll join a small, hands-on team, take real ownership, and help bring AI products from first idea to successful go-live. 

WHAT YOU DO 
Build and evaluate AI solutions, especially in NLP and generative AI. 
Own projects end-to-end - from first architecture sketch and prototype to stable, production-ready solutions. 
Prototype with modern AI tooling (e.g. LangChain, Hugging Face, foundational model APIs, and emerging agentic frameworks) and integrate them into our products. 
Automate processes smartly by embedding AI systems and workflows into real business use cases. 
Collaborate on clean architecture, testing, and documentation to keep our systems robust and scalable. 
Stay up to date on AI advances and bring in your ideas for improvement and new use cases. 

WHAT YOU BRING 
Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with TypeScript/React is a plus. 
Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals: architecture, data models, APIs, infrastructure, basic scaling concepts. 
First hands-on exposure to LLMs, working experience with LLMs, even in personal projects, embeddings, NLP, or other AI-powered applications. 
Experience with Git and APIs; bonus points for any DevOps/MLOps, containerization, CI/CD, or database skills. 
You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field (or bring equivalent practical experience). 
Mindset: you think in solutions, not in buzzwords - you like to take ownership, don't wait for tasks, and want to create maximum impact with what you build.
