Key Responsibilites:
As a Technical Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing and expanding our customer base within the semiconductor industry. You will combine technical expertise with strong relationship management skills to drive business growth and customer success.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
- Serve as the primary customer contact, providing technical and commercial sales support.
- Drive new business development from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer requirements.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to support sales and business development strategies.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales and technical teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
- Support cross-functional sales initiatives and contribute to knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data within the CRM system.
- Prepare sales forecasts, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies and processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within the semiconductor industry
- Proven track record in new business development and customer relationship management
- Strong analytical, organizational, and results-driven mindset
- Self-motivated team player with an entrepreneurial attitude
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel internationally
