- You lead and develop the team by providing strategic direction, making key decisions, and ensuring the successful execution of departmental objectives.
- You organize, prioritize, and allocate tasks across the team while fostering effective collaboration within the department and across cross-functional functions.
- You oversee all vendor- and partner-related activities and act as the primary point of contact for escalations and critical quality matters.
- You are accountable for the end-to-end management of market complaints, claims, recalls, product-related alerts, and other quality-related issues throughout the product lifecycle.
- You are responsible for Product Quality Reviews (PQR), product stability programs, and the identification and supply of reference standards in compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
- You monitor and analyze product quality data, identify trends and risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain and enhance quality standards.
What sets you apart:
- You bring at least a Master's degree in a relevant field, i.e. generally in the natural sciences, pharmacy or medicine
- You bring at least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
- You bring at least 4 years of Leadership experience.
- You have a broad knowledge in the field of Quality, especially in Complaints, Issue Management and PQR.
- You demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to manage complex topics.
- You are a strong communicator with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
