What you will work on
- Support our organic marketing and growth strategy
- Conduct SEO research, keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
- Assist with on-page SEO and website content optimization
- Explore and implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies
- Work on GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to improve visibility across AI-powered search and answer engines
- Research topics, trends, audiences, and relevant industry conversations
- Support content planning, creation, optimization, and distribution
- Monitor website and organic performance and help identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist with marketing experiments and growth initiatives from idea to execution
- Support other Founder's Office and marketing operations as needed
- Bring your own ideas and take ownership of initiatives where you see an opportunity
What we are looking for
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or a related field
- Strong interest in digital marketing, SEO, AI, content, and organic growth
- Familiarity with SEO concepts and tools is a plus
- Interest in AEO, GEO, AI search, and emerging digital marketing practices
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Proactive, curious, and comfortable working independently
- Willingness to experiment, learn quickly, and take ownership
- German C1+ and English B1+
