Flexa, a Joint Venture between Enpal and Entrix, is chartered with delivering a Virtual Power Plant (VPP) delivering exceptional energy cost savings while supporting the transition to a 100% renewable electricity future.

The combination of delivering complete residential energy systems at great cost with savvy market participation in several revenue streams sets us up to deliver real world customer savings while improving customer satisfaction enjoying the advantages of a fully electrified and energy producing home.

Through a deep integration into the installed hardware and a direct connection to the customer interfaces, Flexa’s solution controls the energy assets (such as EV, heat pump, home storage and others) of the entire Enpal energy community with an exceptional level of accuracy, speed, transparency, and thus customer satisfaction. With intelligent real-time dispatching algorithms, Flexa maximizes Enpal customers’ usable flexibility and its returns on energy markets including costs, such as grid fees, asset degradation.

  • Location: Munich, Germany
  • Employment Type: Full-Time, indefinite term
  • Salary Range: €55.000 - 65.000 per year gross depending on the seniority level
  • Hybrid work setup (min. 3 days in the office, 2 days in home office)
  • Language Requirement: C1 Level English

Your Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure their hiring needs and goals are met
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to find the best talent, in a highly competitive landscape
  • Conduct structured interviews to assess candidate motivations and evaluate based on experience, values and behaviors
  • Partner closely with candidates, keeping them updated at all stages, communicating feedback in a constructive way and creating offers
  • Develop content related to Employer Branding (i.e. LinkedIn Campaigns) and publishing these on professional and social media platforms
  • Measure Recruiting & Employer Branding KPIs through LinkedIn and Greenhouse and proactively improving them

Your Profile

Mandatory Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, mainly filling tech roles (Software, Data Science, Firmware etc.)
  • Experience with sourcing, engaging and activating passive candidates
  • Focus on culture fit as much as functional skill fit
  • Knowledge with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (e.g. Personio)
  • Interest in understanding candidates’ motivation rather than selling a role
  • Full professional proficiency in English and German


Skills to Set You Apart

  • Experience in specialized industry hiring (i.e. energy experts)
  • Solid understanding of different tech functions (Software, Firmware, Data Science) and the various roles within
