Responsible for the accounting and financial reporting for the INC operations. Manages the accounting (QuickBooks), financial monthly reporting, and yearly reporting and interactions with our German accounting team at HQ.
- Manage INC accounting through our current software solution, QuickBooks.*
- Requirements include: Receiving PO's from operations, invoicing, AR, weekly AR reporting to GmbH.
- Entering and paying invoices, AP.*
- Managing bank balances, incoming payments, monitoring outgoing payments, transfers to GmbH HQ's.*
- Responsible for monthly reports - Cash Flow, Inventory valuation.*
- Evaluate financial budgets and track business expenses.
- Reconcile financial books, managing incoming and outgoing funds.
- Processing and eventually paying tax payments.
Responsible for personnel matters such as personnel administration (preparation of contracts, certificates, processing of official inquiries. First point of contact for all employees for all HR-related issues. Contact person for our US-staff for all issues related to social security, labor law and taxes. Preparation, monitoring and control of the monthly payroll.
- Manage INC onboarding process for new employees, participating in the talent acquisition process, assisting with interviewing and candidate selection on certain positions from time-to-time
- Assist with the modification and/or new development of new policies and procedures
- Manage the well-being of existing employees
- Coordinate with our payroll service (Paychex) to ensure processes are managed properly
- 401K program support and management
- Assist with various Human Resource projects as needed
- Enter all employee changes and maintain the HR software/system for the company
- Cooperation with our HQ in Germany
