We are looking for an HR Trainee / HR Project Officer who works closely with our Global HR Director and HR team to support the planning, execution, and management of HR projects and initiatives. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about HR, eager to learn, and have a strong desire to contribute to the growth and development of the organization.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Collaborate with the Global HR Director and HR team to plan, execute, and manage a variety of HR projects

  • Take ownership of specific HR projects, leading them from conception to successful completion. This includes presenting to involved stakeholders.

  • Contribute to our commitment to ESG principles, with a particular focus on labor practices and human rights

  • Serve as a key support and assistant to the Global HR Director in various HR-related tasks and responsibilities

  • Assist in keeping the HR team organized, on track, and prepared for upcoming projects and initiatives

  • Assisting with the coordination and facilitation of HR-related training programs and workshops

  • Prepare engaging presentations for the Global HR Director

  • Actively participating in cross-functional projects and initiatives to gain exposure to different areas of the organization

Ihr Profil

  • Master’s or Bachelor's in International Business, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Prior experience in or exposure to HR (e.g. through internships or HR roles) or prior experience with setting up labor practices and human rights policies (e.g. through projects or thesis) is a plus

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • High degree of independence and self-motivation, coupled with the ability to work effectively in one-on-one and team settings

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to challenges

  • Confident in expressing your perspective and contributing to discussions

  • Demonstrates cultural adaptability and an ability to work effectively in diverse environments

  • Fluent in English
