HR Developer (m/f/d) - Location: EMEA (Flexible)
Your Strength
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Management, Human Resources, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in talent development, HR, or organizational development
- Solid background in leadership development, performance management, onboarding, and employee engagement
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills for in-person and virtual formats
- Ability to interact with and support leaders and employees at all organizational levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel); experience with HRIS systems (UKG a plus)
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High level of integrity and passion for HR, engagement, and development
- Knowledge of event planning and program coordination; PMP certification a plus
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Your Contribution
- Design and deliver impactful HR development programs for employees, managers, and leaders
- Facilitate virtual and in-person trainings and workshops that support engagement, performance, and leadership
- Collaborate with global people leaders to execute and improve talent development programs
- Maintain and develop learning content, tools, and resources
- Support adoption and deployment of HR platforms and engagement tools
- Partner with stakeholders to identify development needs aligned with business objectives
- Enhance onboarding programs to support new hire integration and success
- Track participation and program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement
- Assist with employee career pathing and development initiatives
- Support project planning and execution within the Employee Experience team
- Contribute to broader initiatives that build capability and improve the employee experience
