About the role:
And this is how you protect the world we live in
- You will be the HR Coordinator for the global Solar Trade entities
- You will be responsible for managing the recruitment activities across our German entities
- You will act as the primary interface between corporate HR and local HR teams in our global subsidiaries, addressing strategic topics and promoting alignment across the organization globally
- You will provide comprehensive HR consultation and support throughout the employee life cycle to smaller entities without HR teams across EMEA
- You will establish and manage a global HR community within Solar Trade to facilitate knowledge sharing, best practices, and feedback collection
- You will identify and prioritize global HR projects through the community, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- You will manage the Rexx HR system in collaboration with a Rexx Systems Manager, customizing it to suit the specific needs of the global Solar Trade business
- You will report to the Head of HR, Solar Trade EMEA
Who we are looking forward to
- About 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist / HR Business Partner in a global or multinational organization
- You are capable of thriving in a fast-paced and evolving working environment, where you proactively shape the future of our HR processes. Strong understanding of German HR regulations, labour laws and best practices, whilst being able to navigate international HR legislations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and German across multiple levels or functions within the organization
- Experienced in working in an international and complex organization with a matrix and virtual team environment where you support multiple locations
- Flexible mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Technical and digital affinity as well as experience with HRIS
