What will be your task

  • Administrative support for the finance and controlling department
  • Processing invoices and entering them into the Helios system
  • Processing reports for Intrastat
  • Working in the BCS Projektron system
  • Document archiving

Requirements

  • Minimum high school, ideally in an economic field
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with the Helios system is an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of English - daily communication
  • Knowledge of German is a significant advantage
  • Willingness to learn new things
  • Reliability and meticulousness
