Test Automation Engnieer (f/m/d)
We are looking for a passionate and driven Test Automation Engineer to help us ensure the quality and reliability of our customer-facing digital products.
In this role, you will take ownership of our end-to-end test automation landscape, working closely with agile development teams to build scalable, stable, and maintainable test solutions. Beyond implementation, you will actively enable teams to adopt modern testing practices and contribute to a strong quality culture.
Was du bei uns machst:
- Build and evolve a robust E2E test automation framework (Playwright) and ensure stable execution across local & CI/CD environments
- Enable teams by creating, maintaining, and improving automated test cases
- Define and optimize test suite structure and execution strategies
- Provide transparency through dashboards, reports, and quality insights
- Collaborate in agile teams and continuously improve testing practices and standards
Das bringst du mit:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in test automation and QA engineering
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end testing frameworks
- Solid understanding of modern web technologies and frontend architectures (JS/TS, HTML, CSS, React, Next.js, Playwright, Chrome DevTools, bash, Docker)
- Accessibility & performance tools like axe, Lighthouse
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, XRay) and CI/CD pipelines (Bamboo preferred)
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and SQL / NoSQL databases
- Experience with Java, Python, Appium, Cypress, Robot Framework is a big plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken), German is a plus

We will agree on your grade and salary in line with market rates, based on your professional and personal skills. The role will be structured as an all-inclusive employment contract. In accordance with the collective agreement for telecoms companies, the gross annual salary is at least EUR 43.500,00 on a full-time basis (38.5 hours per week).
