Support in Media Management
If you're interested in the international media landscape and already have strong Excel skills, you'll be a great fit for our team! As part of the Media Services team, we ensure a reliable data foundation, manage key metrics, and maintain the press portal. We serve as the central point of contact between client teams and international colleagues on the sales team.
Your responsibilities
- Assisting with the planning and execution of topic-based and background research.
- Assisting with the maintenance and expansion of the media database and researching key metrics relevant to analysis.
- Creating and maintaining search requests and media entries in our production system.
- Communicating with client teams and suppliers to optimize our delivery systems.
- You want to do more than just observe - you want to actively collaborate on projects and take on tasks independently.
- You're comfortable with Excel and aren't intimidated by large amounts of data.
- You're dedicated, communicative, open-minded, and reliable.
- You speak and write Italian excellently, as well as very good English - German is a plus.
