What makes your day with us special:
- Lead and oversee complex, cross-functional scientific projects, ensuring structured execution and successful delivery
- Define project strategy, including scope, milestones, and success metrics
- Ensure delivery of projects within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards
- Act as the single point of contact for projects across the organization and drive stakeholder alignment
- Proactively manage risks, resources, and issues, including developing contingency plans and ensuring regulatory compliance
What sets you apart:
- Master's degree in a scientific or life sciences discipline
- At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and GxP standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across complex organizational interfaces
