Senior Full-Stack Engineer (m/w/d) – Hamburg

Decisity is an AI-native strategy consulting platform from Hamburg that turns briefs and documents into board-ready strategy decks. Decisity turns a scoping brief and a company's own documents into board-ready strategy decks, with every claim traceable to its source. You build the platform that makes this work.

• Build product features end to end, from the document workspace to deck export
• Develop the web app in TypeScript, React and Next.js
• Work on the Python services behind document ingestion and analysis
• Run and improve the platform on Google Cloud
• Keep security, EU data residency and access control in every feature

• 5+ years building production web applications
• Strong TypeScript and React; Next.js is a plus
• Experience with Python services and SQL databases
• Experience with a cloud platform, ideally Google Cloud
• Fluent English; German is a plus

• Hybrid setup: office in Hamburg plus remote days
• Work directly with the founder
• Real ownership in a small, early-stage team
• An AI-native product and tool stack from day one
