What you create
- Consolidation and analysis of financial and business data
- Preparation of analyses, reports and management presentations
- Providing support to and reporting directly to the CFO on financial and strategic matters, as well as preparing the basis for decision-making
- Support in forecasting, budgeting and monthly closing activities
- Identification of trends, variances and recommendations for action
- Close collaboration with Finance and operational departments
- Further development of reporting and analytical processes
- Support in ad-hoc analyses, special topics and strategic projects
What you bring along
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or Controlling
- 3-5 years of professional experience
- Very good knowledge of accounting standards under HGB and IFRS
- Strong analytical thinking, high willingness to learn and strong interest in business and economic interrelationships
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Structured, precise and independent working style, strong learning orientation and initiative
- A keen sense of curiosity and a commitment to understanding and improving processes
- German and English language skills at minimum C1 level, both written and spoken
