SALES SUPPORT (Estimator)

As part of our team you will...
- Prepare and review calculations for sales inquiries and project requests
- Re-calculate and review ongoing projects in collaboration with project IPTs, including change orders, implementation of lessons learned and process optimizations.
- Create and maintain client files in ERP.
- Enter master data and quotations into the ERP system and CRM, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Support sales operations, including building reports, dashboards, and monitoring open tasks.
- Manage payment schedules and client terms and conditions across all customer accounts.
- Maintain and standardize sales processes, procedures, and documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Update and develop sales templates such as quotations, (Preliminary Design Reviews) PDRs, compliance matrices, and kick-off presentations.
- Coordinate and prepare monthly sales reconciliations, ensuring alignment between sales, finance, and project teams.
- Oversee internal contract management, including tracking contract validity, managing NDAs, and organizing documentation.
You're a good fit if you have....
- Minimum 5 years experience in architectural millwork estimating or a related field
- Good ability to read and interpret blue prints and specifications
- Good knowledge of wood species, grades, hardware, laminates and finishes
- Good ability to accurately measure and calculate material quantities
- Knowledge of the AWI (Architectural Woodworking Institute) is an asset
- Strong ability to balance multiple projects and tight deadlines
