What you create
- Conducting, documenting, and evaluating complex (bio)analytical and analytical methods for IPC, release, and stability testing
- Optimizing and qualifying/validating (bio)analytical methods in a QC/GMP environment following handover from the development departments
- Preparing GMP-compliant documentation
- Coordination and evaluation of external testing, including sample shipping
- Preparation and review of analytical, method development, and qualification reports, as well as presentations in German and English
- Creation and management of compliance activities such as deviations, CAPAs, OOS, and changes
- Ensuring the functionality of equipment, including maintenance, qualification and repairs
- Supporting Quality Control Management in ensuring effective, safe, and GMP-compliant laboratory operations and in implementing test orders and procedures in digital systems
- Participating as a subject matter expert in customer meetings, internal or external audits, and inspections
What you bring along
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a science-related field such as biology, biotechnology, life sciences, chemistry, or pharmacy
- +3 years of professional experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
- Practical knowledge of GMP/GLP or other regulated areas required
- Hands-on expertise in the field of analytics--experience with (bio)analytical methods and the application of pharmacopoeia methods (Pharm. Eur. / USP)
- Very good English skills (written and spoken)
- Knowledge in MS Office applications, etc.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
