We are looking for a Project Executive (f/m/d) for our Healthcare team at one of our locations in Hamburg, Berlin, Frankfurt, Nuremberg or Munich.
Your role
- You support the planning, coordination, and delivery of healthcare market research and innovation projects from proposal stage through to execution.
- You work closely with project managers, insights teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- You coordinate external suppliers and partners, tracking project progress and supporting the management of timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
- You maintain project documentation and ensure that project records, specifications, and study materials are complete, accurate, and up to date.
- You support data management activities, including data validation, quality control, and preparation of deliverables using tools such as Excel and other reporting platforms.
- You contribute to testing activities for surveys, research platforms, and project workflows, helping to identify issues and support process improvements and automation efforts.
- You assist in monitoring project risks, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring smooth collaboration across internal and external teams.
- You act as a reliable point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders, providing regular status updates and ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- You contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and ways of working, including the use of AI and automation solutions.
- You collaborate with colleagues across Ipsos Germany and the international Healthcare network to support successful project delivery.
Your profile
- You hold a university degree, preferably in business administration (focus on marketing/market research), social sciences, psychology, communication science, health science/public health, or a comparable field.
- You have initial professional experience in project management, market research, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical technology, or a related field through internships, working student positions, or early-career employment.
- You have a strong interest in project coordination, operational excellence, and delivering high-quality client work.
- You possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- You are comfortable working with data and have advanced Excel skills; experience with SPSS, Power BI, or Python skills are a plus.
- You have an interest in data management, process optimization, testing, and automation.
- You demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills and enjoy collaborating with suppliers, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- You are fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
- You are proactive, team-oriented, and motivated to learn and grow in an international healthcare research environment.
- Experience working with AI-based solutions, survey platforms, reporting tools, or research technologies is a plus.
