Product Owner
We're looking for a Product Owner!
As a Product Owner, you play a key role in defining product vision and strategy for our gaming platform. The role combines product management with active involvement in prioritization decisions, collaboration across engineering and business teams, and continuous improvement of product delivery and user value.

Your tasks
Core Responsibilities
? Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
? Create and maintain detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements
? Prioritize features and work items based on business value, user feedback, and technical constraints
? Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze metrics to inform product decisions
? Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver features on schedule
Operations & Support
? Manage product backlog and ensure clarity of requirements for the development team
? Conduct sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives to improve delivery
? Track key metrics (KPIs) and user engagement to measure product success
? Participate in stakeholder management and regular business reviews
Your profile
? 4+ years of product management or product ownership experience in technology companies
? Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
? Proven ability to define and communicate product vision and strategy
? Experience with data-driven decision making and user research
? Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
? Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, design, and business teams
? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
? Fluent in English; Serbian is a plus
Nice to Have
? Experience in gaming or fintech industries
? Familiarity with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, ProductBoard)
? Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation methodologies
? Background in technical product management with engineering experience
