What makes your day with us special:

Supply Planning & S&OP Execution
You take ownership of sales and distribution planning for a defined product portfolio, ensuring a stable and reliable supply plan aligned with the S&OP process.

CDMO Interface & Operational Coordination
You act as the Single Point of Contact for CDMOs, coordinating end-to-end supply chain activities and ensuring smooth collaboration with external manufacturing partners.

Inventory & Demand Management
You are responsible for planning, reviewing and continuously monitoring inventory levels and demand based on system-driven proposals (SAP & IBP), ensuring optimal product availability.

Order Quantity Optimization & Risk Mitigation
You define and implement economic order quantities, balancing factors such as shelf life, disposal risks, stock-outs and overstock situations.

Master Data & Planning Parameters
You ensure a high-quality and accurate master data landscape, including MOQ, lead times, safety stocks, expiration dates and ABC classifications.

Reporting & Performance Management
You build, maintain and continuously improve supply chain reporting structures, tracking KPIs such as inventory coverage, stock-out risks and OTIF performance.

Supply Chain Development & Business Operations
You support the continuous development of the end-to-end supply chain organization, including process design, process visualization, KPI reporting and data analysis.

What sets you apart:

Educational Background & Experience
You hold a degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Life Sciences or a comparable field.
You bring 5-10 years of professional experience in supply chain management, procurement and/or CDMO collaboration within the pharmaceutical industry.

Supply Chain & CDMO Expertise
You have proven experience working with external manufacturing partners and managing outsourced activities in a regulated environment.

Project & Stakeholder Management
You are experienced in project management and capable of steering internal and external stakeholders effectively across functions.

Mindset & Working Style
You demonstrate a structured, self-driven and entrepreneurial way of working, combined with strong ownership and accountability.

Communication & Collaboration
You are a strong communicator and team player with the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic and flexible environment.

Technical Skills
You have solid knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) as well as SAP and IBP.

Languages
You are fluent in English. German and additional languages are considered an advantage.
