How you'll make a positive impact
- In this role, you'll coordinate and drive our cross-functional launch activities, ensuring successful product and country launches delivered on time.
- As the key connector between different departments, you bring together teams from Commercial, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Production, and Customer Service to ensure a successful launch.
- You will manage launch plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities, ensuring clear visibility of progress, priorities, open actions and escalation needs.
- You will lead launch readiness coordination by aligning stakeholders, documenting decisions and ensuring timely follow-up on key actions.
- You maintain our Launch Hub in Monday.com as a reliable single source of truth, ensuring that launch data is complete, up-to-date, and accessible for all relevant stakeholders.
- Throughout the launch phase, you support forecasting and supply readiness by coordinating closely with Customer Service and Supply Chain on volumes, timelines, availability and market requirements.
- You help safeguard launch success by identifying and monitoring risks / potential delays early, following up on mitigation measures, and supporting a smooth transition into steady-state commercial operations.
Your recipe for success
- An academic degree in life sciences or business administration
- At least two years of experience in commercial operations, supply chain management, project coordination/management or regulatory operations (a background in pharma/medtech is beneficial but not mandatory)
- Experience working with data, dashboards, project management software and digital tools (ERP, CRM, Power BI, Monday.com)
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple technical and commercial stakeholders
- Excellent English skills are required; additional German skills are a plus
- Strong organizational and planning skills, the ability to support multiple launches simultaneously, a keen eye for detail, as well as a structured work style
