Key Account Manager / Consultant (m/f/d)

Our in-house developed technology offers intelligent solutions in the field of media monitoring and media analysis - across all channels, around the clock. We combine technology with the expertise of our news managers, analysts, and consultants to provide our clients with valuable insights for their communications.

We're looking for Key Account Manager / Consultant to join our team immediately or by agreement.

• You'll actively contribute to drive long-term business growth and customer loyalty,
• You'll support existing customers, maintain customer relationships, and expand them,
• You'll ensure projects are implemented smoothly within time and budget constraints and will maintain close communication with customers and internal teams,
• You'll calculate costs, prepare quotes, and negotiate contracts with clients,
• You'll manage the sales pipeline professionally in the CRM system,
• You'll prepare and conduct client meetings and workshops, and
• You'll attend industry events and trade shows.

• Sales talent with a passion for customer interaction and strong communication skills,
• professional experience in customer service,
• a keen interest in developments and trends in the media industry, particularly in digital media and social media,
• Customer focus and the ability to empathize with customer needs,
• Proficiency with the MS Office suite and experience with CRM systems,
• excellent written and spoken Italian, as well as very good English - German is a plus,
• an independent, solution-oriented approach to work and strong organizational skills, and last but not least,
• a passion for digital tools and an interest in new technologies.
