Your responsibilities:
- Order processing and handling
- Monitoring order progress and delivery dates
- Close collaboration with work preparation, production, and logistics
- Reviewing incoming inquiries and providing price information
- Telephone customer support
- Handling complaints
- Management of key accounts
Your profile:
- Commercial education or equivalent qualification
- Experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Assertiveness, strong persuasive skills, and negotiation ability
- Team-oriented, flexible, and resilient
- Knowledge of the metal or logistics industry is desirable
- Additional language skills are an advantage
