Innovation Manager (m/f/d)

• Facilitate the assessment, selection, and deployment of new technologies to enhance efficiency and client experience in real estate operations
• Develop and execute an innovation roadmap aligned with business goals, focusing on technology integration and process improvements 
• Oversee innovation projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget 
• Collaborate with leadership, external partners and Start Ups to identify and drive innovation opportunities 
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge 
• Educate and train staff on new technologies and practices to support continuous improvement 
• Track KPIs to measure the impact of innovation initiatives and adjust strategies as needed 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong understanding of business operations and financial principles
• Ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives
• Excellent analytical and communicational skills
• Project Management experience and willingness to work hard in a challenged environment
• Proficiency in English and German
