What makes your day with us special:

  • Lead and oversee Change Control, Deviation, and CAPA management to ensure compliant and timely execution
  • Provide disciplinary and functional leadership, including task allocation, strategic guidance, and decision-making
  • Ensure oversight of vendor and partner-related quality activities and drive cross-functional alignment
  • Act as the primary escalation point and ensure proper documentation and coordination of all related processes
  • Drive root cause analyses, define corrective and preventive actions, and ensure effectiveness of implemented measures

What sets you apart:

  • Master's degree
  • At least 7 years of relevant professional and leadership experience in quality management or a GxP-regulated environment with proven ability to lead and develop teams
  • Strong expertise in Change Control, Deviation, and CAPA processes including root cause analysis and effectiveness checks
  • Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional interfaces and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a strategic and solution-oriented mindset
