We are hiring a Working Student (m/f/d) for our Group Treasury - Asset Liability Management in Eschborn
Group Treasury is responsible for efficiently managing pbb's financial resources including the management, control and optimization of the bank's liquidity, funding, capital and corporate risks.
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual with an analytical mindset and can-do mentality to join our Group Treasury team as working student in Eschborn, near Frankfurt. In this role, you will support our Asset Liability Management area while contributing to various Treasury analyses and presentations. The ideal candidate excels in analytical skills, is a strong communicator and has a good grasp of financial markets and preferably Treasury topics.

Your key responsibilities
- Support the production and development of analyses and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, i.e. management and regulators
- Contribute to the further improvement and redesign of Treasury management tools
- Support in processes related to funds transfer pricing
- Supporting the preparation of regulatory documentation
- Conduct ad hoc analyses in collaboration with partners from different departments
Your skills and experience
- Experience: Bachelor's or Master's student in Economics, Finance, business informatics, mathematics, or a related field (prior banking training or relevant internships are beneficial)
- Analytical skills: You demonstrate a strong motivation in familiarizing yourself with new topics and possess strong analytical and conceptual skills while also maintaining attention to detail
- Communication skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to relevant stakeholders
- Treasury & financial markets: You are interested in economics, banking and financial market-related topics and enjoy tackling complex issues. Good understanding of banking products, Treasury topics and relevant regulatory requirements is a plus
- Can-do mentality: A proactive, hands-on approach that thrives in a fast-paced environment, combined with an eye for opportunities to increase efficiencies
- IT skills: You have a keen interest in technology and possess strong MS Office skills or are motivated to improve your skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint, potentially Python)
- Time horizon: You are committed to joining us for at least 9 months; however, longer time horizons are preferred
