Group Product Manager (m/f/d)
Full-time (38,5 h/week) | Permanent Employment 

• Align and communicate growth expectations & strategies, budgets, and targets between suppliers and OQEMA's local teams
• Track and evaluate supplier performance and provide regular reports and jointly developed growth plans
• Manage central tools and communication channels such as pricing structures, logistics setups, and campaign coordination
• Facilitate collaboration between commercial, technical, and marketing teams from both supplier and OQEMA sides
• Organize and execute trainings, webinars, product promotions, and review meetings
• Coordinate technical and logistical processes, including information exchange (MOQ, lead times, samples) and integration into the pan-European warehouse concept
• Support and implement marketing initiatives such as campaigns, events, PR, and digital content in collaboration with the OQEMA marketing team
• Participate in and represent the company at local and international trade fairs and industry exhibitions
• Coordinate with the legal department to ensure compliant negotiation, execution, and administration of distribution agreements

• Your Profile - Strategic, Commercial, Supplier-Oriented
  University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in supplier management, category management or procurement, ideally within Home & Personal Care and Cleaning, chemicals or ingredients distribution
• Strong understanding of raw materials, supplier landscapes and value chains in Home & Personal Care and Cleaning 
• Proven experience in strategic negotiations and contract management
  Ability to think strategically and act entrepreneurially in a complex, international environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  Structured, analytical and results-driven working style
• Fluent English required; German is an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally
