Games Platform Product Manager

We are looking for a Games Platform Product Manager to join our team at Greentube Malta. In this role, you will contribute to and execute against product roadmaps, translating strategic objectives into clear and actionable product requirements. You will also act as a key representative of product strategy and design, engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.

You will collaborate closely with a variety of stakeholders, including business users who define the overall product direction, operational teams responsible for running the products, and end users who interact with the games and features developed. You will work hand-in-hand with engineering teams, Product Owners, and other key roles to ensure that functionality is delivered in line with requirements, as well as with Project Managers to ensure timely delivery.

The success of the product will be measured through defined KPIs, such as feature usage in production, revenue contribution, ease of operational support, and other relevant performance indicators.

The Games Platform Product Manager reports directly to the Director of Product (Games Platform).

Your tasks

  • Understand the strategic direction and goals set by the business side of Greentube
  • Understand the platform features, gamification elements and operational tools that the platform needs to support
  • Support a high-level platform roadmap that aligns with the business strategy
  • Support the regular definition and update of the team's business objectives and key results (OKRs)
  • Identify all stakeholders relevant to the products or features being built and understand their roles and functions
  • Introduce the business strategy, roadmap, and high-level requirements for the products to the different stakeholders and collect and address any requirements, concerns and expectations
  • Align with stakeholders during the engineering phase via regular updates and via intermediate deliveries and UATs
  • Prepare all required stakeholder support material such as user manuals and training sessions
  • Actively invite feedback from all stakeholders following the feature launches to address any issues, concerns, and suggestions
  • Understand the product vision and long-term plans and work towards and support the product roadmap
  • Identify the business requirements for the products that align with the product strategy and incorporate the stakeholder input
  • Work with other Product Managers, Product Owners and UX/UI Designers to produce the highest quality product designs possible
  • Provide a breakdown of the product into discrete deliverables that can be developed and presented to stakeholders for approval individually
  • Monitor product performance KPIs following go-live and aim for continuous improvement 
  • Collaborate with the Product Owners and Project Managers on the discrete deliverables for delivery planning
  • Champion the product vision and high-level details with the engineering teams involved in the delivery
  • Be the main point of contact for the engineering teams during development, addressing questions and concerns and representing the stakeholders
  • Perform product-level UAT on delivered functionality before handing it over to the relevant stakeholders 

Your profile

  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent)
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role
  • Strong Interest in the online gambling industry, with a willingness to actively engage with the product
  • Proven experience in communicating and coordinating across cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies
  • Solid knowledge of requirements engineering and/or business analysis
  • Experience working with tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience in roadmap management and prioritization
  • High level of self-organization, with the ability to work independently under limited
  • supervision (typically aligned through weekly or bi-weekly check-ins on objectives and
  • progress)
  • Proactive and self-motivated work style
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities
  • High level of motivation and engagement
