Your Responsibilities
As an Expedition Employee, you are responsible for ensuring the accurate, safe, timely, and high-quality handling of completed projects and other outbound goods. You take care of collecting, packing, securing, administrating, and preparing machines and parts for shipment in line with customer, transport, and quality requirements. In addition, you support incoming goods processes and the logistical handling of spare parts.

Position within the organization: Reports to the Expedition Coordinator and/or Team Leader Warehouse & Expedition
Team size: 12 colleagues across three logistics areas
Your responsibilities
- Preparing, packing, and coordinating the logistical handling of project-related shipments.
- Collecting, packing, and preparing spare parts orders for shipment in line with customer and quality requirements.
- Loading, moving, and preparing machines, parts, and other materials for transport using the appropriate equipment.
- Preparing, checking, and processing shipping documentation, including packing lists,
- CMR consignment notes, and other transport-related documents.
- Monitoring progress, priorities, and quality of outbound flows in line with the planning.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient expedition and logistics workspace.
- Working in accordance with all safety, environmental, health & safety, and quality regulations.
- Identifying improvement opportunities and actively contributing to optimizing logistics processes and ways of working.
Your Profile
- An MBO level 3 qualification in Logistics, Export, or a related field
- In possession of a valid VCA certificate
- Certified to operate a forklift and reach truck
- Familiar with logistics production processes and ERP systems
- Knowledge of workplace organization and housekeeping methods
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch; English is a plus
- You work in a structured way, remain calm under pressure, and are a team player
- Service- and customer-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across different disciplines
