Bauleiter FTTH / Glasfaserausbau (m/w/d) — Esslingen

Dynamic Infrastructure GmbH is active in fiber optic network expansion (FTTH/FTTx) in Germany. For our ongoing FTTH project in Esslingen (Baden-Württemberg) — approximately 3,200 home connections and around 100 km of cable route — we are looking for an experienced construction manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

• Independent management and coordination of construction sites in civil engineering and house connections.
• Management and control of the deployed crews and subcontractors
• Ensuring quality, occupational safety and adherence to deadlines
• Review and approval of the construction and measurement documentation
• Communication with client, construction supervision and internal teams

• Several years of experience as a construction manager in fiber optic expansion (FTTH/FTTx) or civil engineering
• Knowledge of route construction, house connections and the associated documentation
• Traffic control / RSA21 is advantageous
• Safe handling of digital construction site documentation
• Good German skills, both spoken and written.
• Driving licence class B
