Feddersen GmbH & Co. KG and its subsidiaries include Hamburg, Paris, Värnamo, London, and Vienna.

K.D. Feddersen CEE GmbH, based in Vienna, is the specialist for plastics distribution in Central and Eastern Europe as a subsidiary. We are currently seeking, at the earliest possible date, an Account Manager (m/f/d) for remote work from a home office, based in Warsaw or the surrounding area, to cover the Poland sales region on a full-time basis.

What excites you

  • Technical sales and consulting: You drive the technical sales of our comprehensive portfolio of engineering plastics for various industries (e.g., automotive, electrical and electronics, consumer goods).
  • New business acquisition: You proactively identify new customers and projects in the Polish market, qualify them, and win them for the company.
  • Customer relationship management: You build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding their technical requirements and business needs.
  • Price negotiations: You conduct price negotiations and successfully close them to achieve profitable sales.
  • Project management: You generate, develop, and manage sales projects from the initial inquiry through successful completion, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sample coordination: You take responsibility and provide technical guidance during the sampling and qualification phase of new materials for customer applications--especially in injection molding.
  • Market analysis: You monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Reporting: You prepare and submit accurate monthly sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation to management.
  • Sales activities: You attend industry events, trade fairs, and customer visits to promote our products and strengthen market presence.
  • Technical support: You provide first-class technical support and work closely with our technical service and product development teams to ensure optimal solutions for customers.

What excites us

  • You hold a degree in engineering (plastics, chemistry, mechanical engineering), materials science, or a related technical field; alternatively, you have a business degree with a strong technical affinity.
  • You have a proven track record of at least 5 years in technical sales, preferably in the plastics, chemical, or automotive industry.
  • You possess an in-depth understanding of engineering plastics and their applications (desirable).
  • You have a proven record in new customer acquisition and project development.
  • You have strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • You have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • You are self-motivated, results-oriented, and work independently with a high degree of initiative.
  • You are willing to travel within Poland.
  • You are fluent in English; native-level Polish is required.
  • You are proficient with MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce).
