Working Student - Scholarship Administration (m/w/d)
Einleitung
To support our Scholarships & Educational Development department, we are looking for a Working Student (20 hours/week).
Your Tasks:
- Review and verify submitted documents, such as transcripts and enrolment confirmations, for completeness and accuracy according to established criteria
- Maintain and update scholar records of academic progress and document submissions in relevant databases
- Identify and flag scholars who are repeatedly struggling academically or at risk of delayed graduation
- Schedule and coordinate team check-in calls with flagged students
- Provide general administrative support, including preparing summary reports on scholar status and maintaining communication records
Your profile:
- You are currently enroled in a university studying Education, Social Sciences, Psychology, NGO Management, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Accurate and reliable way of working.
- Experienced with MS Office.
- A proactive approach and ability to solve problems and suggest improvements.
- Structured, independent and responsible way of working.
- Very good communication and teamwork skills.
- Good knowledge of English and German.
