Your Tasks
- You provide top-tier 1st and 2nd level support, solving Windows-based workplace incidents with a hands-on, remote-first approach
- You troubleshoot network, Wi-Fi, and VPN issues, ensuring seamless connectivity while assisting senior teams with complex infrastructure topics
- You manage user lifecycles and permissions within Entra ID and Microsoft 365, from onboarding new joiners to fine-tuning group memberships
- You help ensure our M365 environment and endpoints are stable, well-configured, and always ready for high performance
- You take full ownership of your tickets, analyzing logs, identifying root causes, and seeing every incident through to a successful fix
- You turn technical fixes into reusable solutions by documenting them in our knowledge base and collaborating with our international IT community
Your Profile
- You are currently studying Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field and bring a structured, analytical mindset to every challenge
- You've already gained hands-on experience in IT support or system administration, whether through internships, an apprenticeship, or your own personal tech projects
- You have a solid foundation in Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory / Entra ID, and networking basics (VPN, DNS, Wi-Fi)
- You're a reliable team player who is eager to learn and ready to evolve into a versatile IT all-rounder in a fast-paced environment
- You are fluent in German (C1+) and English. Bonus points: If you speak Mandarin Chinese, it's a massive plus for collaborating with our global Product Development teams
