What you create
- Management and implementation of maintenance, service, and renovation projects at our Berlin locations
- Ensuring the smooth operation of building services systems (TGA)
- Planning and coordination of maintenance and repair work
- Evaluation of maintenance tasks, including requesting quotes, procuring spare parts, and scheduling
- Organizing relocations, renovations, and space adjustments
- Managing external service providers from quotation to acceptance
- Cost control and support with budget and operating cost planning
- Collaborating with building services and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards (including GMP)
- Documenting measures and technical changes
What you bring along
- Technical apprenticeship with advanced education (technician/master craftsman) or a degree in building services engineering, electrical engineering, utility engineering, or facility management
- Experience in technical facility management or building services engineering
- A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills when interacting with internal and external partners
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with building management or maintenance software is a plus
- Project management experience is a plus
- Participation in on-call duty (including additional compensation)
