• Design, develop, and maintain embedded software 
  for advanced e-drive systems. 
• Define software architecture, interfaces, and 
  functional concepts, and translate functional 
  requirements into robust software specifications. 
• Configure and optimize software functions within e-
  drive control and transmission systems. 
• Support software integration, testing, debugging, 
  validation, releases, and configuration management 
  in line with Automotive SPICE, functional safety, and 
  cybersecurity processes. 
• Coordinate requirements and feature development 
  with customers, system, hardware, controls, 
  calibration, and project teams while ensuring end-
  to-end traceability. 
• Manage requirement changes, assess technical 
  impacts, and align internal teams, suppliers, and 
  project management. 
• Coordinate external development partners, review 
  designs and test results, track milestones and 
  quality, and act as the primary technical supplier 
  interface. 

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, 
  Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, 
  Automotive Engineering, or a related field. 
• At least five years of experience in automotive or 
  electrification embedded software development. 
• Strong expertise in embedded software architecture 
  and development, including AUTOSAR, functional 
  safety, cybersecurity, and automotive control 
  systems. 
• Sound knowledge of e-drive systems, inverter and 
  motor control, power electronics, and vehicle 
  networks such as CAN, CAN FD, LIN, and Ethernet. 
• Experience with software integration, embedded 
  testing and debugging, V-model development, 
  Automotive SPICE, and requirements tools such as 
  DOORS or Polarion. 
• Proven experience in requirements coordination, 
  supplier management, and leading technical 
  discussions across multidisciplinary and 
  international teams. 
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-
  management skills, combined with a structured, 
  proactive, and quality-focused working style.
