Our Global Sales department is divided into two business units: the Business Unit International and the Europe/Americas Business Unit. Within this structure, the teams form a dynamic international group of 56 colleagues, consisting of 4 directors, 3 heads of departments, sales and alliance managers, and a sales support coordinator. Together, the teams drive sustainable economic growth in key markets and work closely with regional sales partners and internal stakeholders worldwide. What makes your day with us special:
Order-to-Cash Process & Order Management
Responsibility for the entire order-to-cash process--from order acceptance through availability checks and delivery coordination to invoicing.
Customer and Partner Support
Managing existing customer accounts, processing returns, and proactively communicating shipping and order information to customers and business partners.
Delivery Capability & Product Availability
Monitoring product availability in close collaboration with the Supply Chain, Quality, and Logistics departments, and ensuring on-time and accurate delivery.
Commercial Documentation & SAP Data Maintenance
Processing purchase orders, invoices, debit and credit memos, preparing shipping documents, and maintaining sales and customer master data in the SAP system (SD).
Quality & Complaint Management
Assisting with the handling of customer complaints in collaboration with the quality team to ensure prompt and compliant resolutions.
Performance & KPI Management
Monitoring and ensuring the achievement of key KPIs, including revenue and EBITDA targets, partner satisfaction, and on-time delivery and invoicing (2-day rule).
What sets you apart:
Business Background and Professional Experience
Completed vocational training or a high school diploma, plus 1-3 years of experience in sales, sales support, or a similar business role.
Work Style
Proactive, hands-on, and highly results-oriented, with a strong sense of personal responsibility. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are able to identify opportunities for improvement.
Communication and IT
A detail-oriented work style with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset, as well as fluency in German and English. Proficiency in MS Office.
