Headquartered in Austria and operating internationally the company serves aircraft manufacturers, airlines, OEMs, and MROs worldwide. TEST-FUCHS Corporation, based near Cleveland, Ohio, acts as the North American hub for sales, service, commissioning, and customer support, working closely with major airlines, OEMs, defense customers, and MRO organizations.
The US-location (founded in 2017), the second global equipment production facility, currently employs around 30 highly qualified employees and offers plenty of room for further growth and personal development.
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of TEST-FUCHS Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and related services across North America. Acts as the primary customer contact (SPOC), managing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales of GSE products, services, and long-term support contracts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, MROs, military operators, and other customers
- Identify, manage, negotiate, and successfully close sales opportunities
- Conduct regular customer visits and business travel throughout North America
- Maintain and update CRM data, sales forecasts, and customer activity reports
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales Region Americas to achieve sales targets and execute the annual sales plan
- Represent TEST-FUCHS at trade shows and industry events
- Provide regular reporting, forecasts, and expense documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the aerospace industry
- Experience with airlines, MROs, military aviation, Ground Support Equipment, or test systems preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Fluent English required; German and/or Spanish are a plus
- Valid passport and driver's license required
