Einleitung
Decisity is an AI-native strategy consulting platform from Hamburg that turns briefs and documents into board-ready strategy decks. Every number and recommendation in a Decisity deck links to its source. You build the AI pipelines that read client documents, structure the problem and keep that traceability intact.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Build and improve LLM pipelines for document understanding, structuring and synthesis
- Develop retrieval and citation logic so every claim links back to its source
- Set up evaluations for output quality and source accuracy
- Work on OCR and multi-language document processing
- Ship models and prompts to production together with the engineering team
Ihr Profil
- 3+ years in machine learning or applied AI engineering
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, retrieval and evaluation in production
- Strong Python
- Experience with document processing or NLP is a plus
- Fluent English; German is a plus
