Customer Service Representative UK (m/f/d)

Your Strength
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Experience in Customer Service, ideally within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Confident user of MS Office and ERP systems (NAV experience is an advantage)
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
- Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
- Team spirit and enjoyment in working with customers and internal stakeholders
Your Contribution
- Process customer orders from receipt through to timely delivery
- Create, update, and track orders within the ERP system
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
- Coordinate delivery schedules with internal departments such as Warehouse, Sales, Finance, and Quality
- Support returns, credit notes, and complaint handling
- Maintain customer master data, pricing information, and relevant documentation
- Work closely with freight forwarders and courier services
- Support inventory checks and help ensure accurate stock levels
- Deliver an excellent customer experience through professional and efficient service
