Casino Manager (f/m/d)
Our B2C Team is looking for a Casino Manager (m/f/d) to take ownership of the online games portfolio on one of our Swiss casino brands. In this role, you will be responsible for game selection, rollout coordination, positioning, and performance -- working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver a compelling and compliant casino experience.
Your tasks
- Manage the games portfolio and coordinate the game release roadmap across web, mobile, and app channels
- Ensure games meet all requirements for market release, including staging and production testing as well as coordination of the game certification process in line with Swiss regulatory standards
- Own the positioning and presentation of games on the platform, optimizing visibility and player engagement
- Monitor game operations, analyze KPIs on a regular basis, and derive actionable product improvements -- including dashboard maintenance, A/B testing, and ad-hoc analyses
Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate operational issues in a timely manner - Coordinate with external game providers, CRM, Brand Management, and Online Marketing to align on content strategy and release planning
- Collaborate with the Content Team and leverage AI-supported tools for localization and multi-language content adaptation
Your profile
- At least one year of experience in a Delivery, Product, or Project Management role -- ideally in iGaming or a regulated digital environment
- Hands-on testing experience (manual testing required; familiarity with automated testing is a plus)
- Experience working with digital products in a B2C context
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach
- Genuine interest in online casino games and the iGaming industry
- Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work across functions
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and/or Tableau is a plus
- Fluency in German and English; French and/or Italian is a strong advantage

The minimum gross annual salary for this position according to the applicable collective agreement is EUR48.860 (full-time basis, paid in 14 salaries). A higher salary is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
