Business Development Specialist (m/f/d)

INGUN USA is expanding, and we're looking for a Business Development Specialist who thrives on customer engagement, opportunity development, and driving commercial growth.
Your tasks:
As a key player in our Diversify - Expand - Retain (DER) strategy, you will:
- Re-activate and retain B & C customers through structured outreach and email campaigns
- Convert one-time purchases into recurring business with rapid follow-up
- Identify upsell and SKU expansion opportunities across fixtures, probes, cables, and accessories
- Support account expansion with Regional Sales Managers by uncovering new programs and contacts
- Assist with early-stage research in high-growth verticals (AI/HPC, Medical, Military & Aerospace)
- Understand customer test environments and recommend the right INGUN configurations
- Maintain clean, accurate Salesforce records to support sales, marketing, and pipeline health
Your skills:
- 2-4+ years in business development, sales, or account support (electronics or test industry preferred)
- Familiarity with ICT, functional test, RF test, or related electronic test environments
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple outreach cycles, accounts, and growth initiatives
