What you contribute
- Securing the internal and external quality of service and pre-sales for customers (Architects, general contractors, owners & prescribers) enquiries, technical support and other related demands
- Advising and supporting Architects, General Contractors, owners, developers and prescribers from pre-design, setting budget till tender phase.
- Pro-actively seeking new business opportunities & stating market requirements to the organization.
- Budgeting, ensuring tender texts, Expand & enforce architects, owners, developers and pre-scribers' loyal commitment & relation portfolio
- Secure and expand project portfolio and Jansen exposure
- Securing Portfolio T.O
- Follow up of projects and manage/follow up delegated tasks to secure projects
Acquiring, specify and identify new customers and projects to assure Jansen tenders - Contact with branch related institutes (like VMRG, Architectenweb...)
- Managing CRM and equivalent sales control systems
What sets you apart
- Verbal and written fluency in English (mother tongue Dutch)
- High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience in construction or architectural related preferred
- Previous customer/architect service and/or sales skills preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Drive to develop strong and sustainable customer relationships
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
