The main departments for this apprenticeship are Managed Server or Customer Service.

Your responsibilities:

Administer servers
Support and maintain customer servers in our data centers
Assist our customers with the administration of their servers� � �
Maintain and develop our software (both application and system software)
Implement projects within the team
Provide support for other departments and do telephone and email customer support

What impresses us:

Secondary school diploma, technical college entrance qualification, or high school diploma
Good knowledge of mathematics, computer science, and English
Initial experience with hardware, networking, and Linux is a plus
Strong interest in technology
Interest in and enthusiasm for modern technologies and developing complex solutions
Fluent in German and good command of English, both written and spoken
