Account Manager Graphics (m/f/d)

Worldwide Sales & New Business Development

Neschen, part of Henkel, develops and manufactures self-adhesive graphic media and coating solutions. Our portfolio includes printable media, protective laminates and mounting films for applications in signage, retail graphics, displays and visual communication.

To accelerate our international growth, we are looking for a commercially driven Account Manager with a clear hunter mindset. You enjoy approaching new customers, understanding their applications and turning opportunities into profitable, lasting business.

What you will do

  • Win new customers: Identify, approach and win distributors, graphics-material suppliers, print service providers and customers with relevant graphics applications.
  • Engage end customers and specifiers: Build relationships with retailers, brand owners, designers, architects and agencies. Understand their projects, provide advice, samples and application support, and establish Neschen products in material selections and specifications.
  • Turn projects into sales: Work with distributors, print service providers and application partners to convert product selections into orders and repeat business.
  • Develop international markets: Build growth plans for priority markets, recruit suitable distribution partners and expand our portfolio within existing accounts.
  • Lead the sales process: Own every step from prospecting and qualification through trials and commercial proposals to negotiation and closing.
  • Connect customers with our expertise: Work closely with product management, application technology, development and marketing, and bring market feedback back into the company.
  • Deliver profitable growth: Take responsibility for agreed sales, margin and new-business targets, supported by a qualified pipeline and reliable CRM forecasts.

What you bring

  • Proven experience in technical B2B sales, with clear examples of winning new customers and developing profitable business
  • A proactive, persistent and results-oriented approach: you start conversations, identify projects and follow through to closing
  • Experience in graphics, visual communication, large-format printing, self-adhesive films, laminates, mounting products or related materials
  • Experience working with distribution partners, end customers and specifiers; an established industry network and experience in securing specifications are an advantage
  • Technical curiosity and an understanding of how material selection affects printing, finishing, installation and application
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to build trust across countries and cultures
  • A structured, independent and collaborative way of working
  • A degree in business, engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Fluent German and English, as you will work with customers and colleagues worldwide; further languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally

What we offer

  • An international role with clear responsibility for winning customers and growing Neschen's Graphics business
  • A broad portfolio of graphic media, supported by experienced product and application specialists
  • The chance to influence product selection from the early stages of customer projects
The expertise of Neschen in graphic media and coating technologies, and the strength of Henkel behind it
  • A competitive salary package with a performance-related bonus
  • Technical training, professional development and an international team that values initiative, accountability and cooperation.
  • Flexible working hours
  • Attractive benefits under the chemical industry collective agreement, including an employer-funded company pension and long-term care insurance
