We are looking for a new team member for our department Influence and Advocacy

Working student (d/f/m)
- limited for max. 2 years / max. 20 hours per week -
Your tasks:
- Supporting the organisation of learning webinars and any activities for relevant Community of Practice (CoP)s
- Maintaining the document library and distribution lists
- Supporting the creation of communication materials in terms of content and design: briefs, reports, presentations and publications
- Conducting desk research, data cleaning and tagging
- Supporting the planning, implementation and documentation of various initiatives of the Youth team
- Administrative and logistical tasks in the Berlin/Hamburg office
Your profile:
- Motivation for and initial knowledge of topics related to feminist values, political engagement and/or political participation of young people
- Very good written and visual presentation skills
- Independent and structured way of working
- Quick comprehension and good analytical skills
- Excellent written and spoken German and English, additional language skills, e.g. in Spanish or French, are desirable
- Previous experience of working in a team
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge and interest in creative collaborative work via Canva, Mural, etc
