• Solid experience in sales (3+ years), ideally in a technical or project-based environment such as construction, architecture, or building site management
• Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing projects, preferably with key accounts or complex stakeholder structures
• Skilled in price negotiations and handling quotation processes
• Native Italian speaker. English or German are a plus, proficient in MS Office tools
• Ideally located near Milan or in the region between Milan, Varese and Como. If not, you should be comfortable with regular travel to Milan
