As part of our defined growth targets, we are looking for a Technical Inside Sales (m/f/d) based in the Aarhus region, Denmark.
Your responsibility
- Responsible for the preparation, processing and tracking of quotations related to our entire product portfolio
- Order entry and tracking of deliveries
- Technical contact person for all support requests through all channels (mail, phone, chat)
- Handling all customer related inquiries and recalls with a focus on providing positive customer service
- Monitoring customer development and satisfaction with a professional and proactive attitude
Your competences
- General industry knowledge, particularly in the field of machining/machining tools
- Strong willingness to learn with a high level of customer focus and ability to work as part of a team
- Sales and technically oriented with experience in an Inside Sales environment
- SAP & CRM knowledge
- Fluent language skills in Danish as well as English or German
