What your day will look like
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Lead the implementation and configuration, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
- Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for clients, resolving issues in a timely manner to minimize disruptions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer success, to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions and workshops to educate clients on the functionalities and benefits of the platform.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in construction technology, providing insights and recommendations for future enhancements.
What you need to fulfill the role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Consultant or similar role
- Ideally experience with construction project management software
- Strong proficiency in software implementation and configuration, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Very good problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
