Your tasks:

  • Overall responsibility for sales and results in European sales

  • Management, control, and further development of the international sales team

  • Development and implementation of a sustainable sales strategy in line with corporate goals

  • Support and expansion of strategic customer relationships in the automotive and industrial sectors

  • Initiation and support of important product launches and management of central projects

  • Price and contract negotiations with international customers and partners

  • Further development of the distribution network and ensuring sustainable growth

     

Your qualification:

  •  A degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of sales experience in electronic components, ideally with management experience
  • Proven success in managing international teams
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as strategic thinking
  • High level of self-motivation, results-oriented and hands-on mentality
  • Fluent German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel within Europe
