Your Strenght
- Degree in (Business) Computer Science or comparable vocational training (e.g., IT specialist in system integration)
- At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure environments
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft desktop operating systems
- Experience with storage systems (NetApp, Pure Storage) and physical servers (Fujitsu, Dell, HP)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint administration
- Strong VMware skills
- Familiarity with global backup and recovery solutions
- Strong understanding of vulnerability remediation, patching, and antivirus management tools
- Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring systems
- Scripting experience with PowerShell for automation and maintenance
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
Your Contribution
- Administer and maintain the global infrastructure, including Active Directory, virtual and hardware servers
- Install and maintain hardware and software systems
- Act as an escalation point for the Technical Support Teams
- Monitor data protection systems and manage backups and restorations
- Participate in hardware/software procurement and lifecycle management
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Support collaboration with external service providers
- Manage security software and hardware components
- Provide monitoring, capacity planning, and ongoing infrastructure support
- Design and implement enhancements to optimize system performance
